hey everyone, just need to get this off my chest and maybe get some input
i'm 28 and work as a culinary instructor but lately i've been really anxious about everything going on. the economy feels unstable, traditional savings seem pointless with inflation, and even my field might change with all this new tech coming out
been hearing more about bitcoin as something that could actually hold value long term. i know the basics but have never actually bought any or figured out how to get started properly. part of me wants to put some of my savings into it instead of just letting it sit in regular accounts losing value
anyone here started investing when they felt overwhelmed by all the economic uncertainty? i prep my own food and try to be self sufficient in other ways but feel like i'm missing something important with bitcoin. would love to hear how others got past the initial confusion and actually took the step to buy some
thanks for any guidance

best advice you’ll ever get is to buy a 100$ worth and spend it, experiment with wallets and make a couple of transactions, for example send some donations to causes that accept it.
this will give you a lot more than listening to other people’s opinions.
It will teach you that everything that you worry about right now is not worth worrying about and show you stuff you have to worry about that you don’t see yet. It will make the actual financial decision lot easier and less overwhelming.
