The last update was 5 weeks ago, let's dive in!

    • Today 1 ETH = 1.83m DONUT

    Current Prices

    • Mainnet = $0.001117
    • Arbitrum = $0.00106

Slightly higher prices on mainnet, which is a common trend, previously they were nearly on par. Mainnet typically sees slightly more trading activity and buy pressure, as supply inflation occurs on Arbitrum.

    TVL decline

Overall TVL has been on the decline, a combination of the reduced value of ETH, and ergo, reduced value of DONUT, but also the lower DONUT/ETH ratio. Naturally, some LPers over time have withdrawn their position as activity has declined.

It would be great to see the assets in the pool return above 3 ETH and 10 Million DONUT though.

    Liquidity Decentralization

Previously: The top 5 liquidity providers made up a total of 82.31 % of the pool.

Currently: The top 5 liquidity providers make up a total of 91.99 % of the pool.

But improving the health of the liquidity pool is the first step needed to be ticked before exploring any potential listings or new partnerships.

There has been no major withdrawal of liquidity in the last couple of months, so this change is simply the top providers continuing to add more; but this also means rewards become concentrated amongst those wallets as well, which is another reason why it is great to see new and smaller LPers add to, or increase their position, to help stabilize the pool, and maintain a spread of rewards amongst users.
