All Presidents lie. It’s part of the job. Pretty much a requirement of the position.. But goddman at least the past ones put in some effort to make their lies somewhat believable. Something like a “based on a true story” movie. This one just assumes no one can verify basic information like “how many boats are actually passing through this point in the ocean.”
