Depends on how much you dine and go groceries. do the math and if the number makes sense for you, then open one.
It’s my largest category by a long shot, so it’s a no brainer to have a higher performing grocery/dining card for myself.

Nah the extra 1% isn’t worth burning a hard pull unless you’re spending like crazy on groceries and dining. Your Venture X already gets you solid value and the signup bonus on Savor would need to be pretty decent to justify it

C1 is also moving the Savor over to the Discover network. Discover is fine in the US, but I have had issues using Discover cards while traveling internationally.

Unless you’re buying a house in the imminent future, a hard pull is no big deal at all. One of the least damaging things that can happen to credit.
