So basically I'm bout to buy a new phone from an offline store and through my father's credit card. But this time he is away from home for work and card is with him. So my doubt is can I buy the phone with credit card using the card info and otp and other information while physically not having the card with me??

Technically yeah you can make purchases without the physical card if you have all the info but most offline stores are gonna want to see the actual card and check ID. They usually need to match the name on the card with your ID too so since its your dads card that might be tricky
I’ve run into this before when trying to use my moms card for emergencies – even with all her info the cashier still wanted to see the physical card and her ID. Some places are more strict about it than others but brick and mortar stores tend to be way more cautious than online shopping
Your best bet might be asking your dad to call the store ahead of time to authorize the purchase or see if they do phone orders where he can give his info directly to them. Otherwise you might end up standing there awkwardly while they refuse the transaction
