Can you receive disability and MHA at the same time?

I'm thinking about getting out and going back to school using my Post 9/11 GI Bill to pursue my education in NYC or DC. With a little luck I'm hoping to find a cheap enough place to live mostly on the MHA during school. To my knowledge I also qualify for a sizable disability package, at least 70%.

But can I receive both at once? I'm hoping that I won't need to work *at all* while class is in session.
