I’ve been trying to cut down my online shopping habit, but in the meantime I’ve been trying to at least make my hauls cheaper. But nothing seems to help.
I’m on a free trial for Amazon Prime and I have an account with basically every store, but I still spend too much.
My coworker recently showed me checkfirst.shop which has helped but still only cuts the price by maybe 10-20%.
Does anyone have any other tips? I would shop in person but most places are not accessible for me
How is everybody saving money online shopping?

I don’t shop much at all, either in person or online. If I want to buy something, I put it on a list and wait at least two weeks, but often months. In that time, I end up deciding I don’t actually need half of what goes on the list.
The first problem is that you are proudly using the word “hauls” which implies you shop for volume and enjoy seeing how much stuff you can get for a prerecorded value. Your first goal then, is to quit shopping for pleasure.
Easiest way to do that? If you are on Amazon, put it in your wish list with a rule to yourself that you must wait 30 days to buy it. Even if you want to buy it off another website, put the same item in your Amazon cart. That gives you the thrill of the hunt without the expense.
I like the week/two week rule where I keep items in a basket for a week or two and if I dont have the same want for the item, I don’t buy.
