      And it’s not the last. Given that we’re going within the timeframe of the estimations of the scientists that were paid by oil corporations in the 1960-70′ (3C° by 2050 and with that, the end of industrial agriculture, given the speed of changes), we’re bound to witness more and more intense and frequent extreme weather events that will damage energy infrastructures.

      And that’s without taking into account geopolitics, but we’re learning the hard way that oil and gas are not a permanent and perpetual flux that will go on forever (which is a major issue for a human system that requires growth for interests, retirement, social care, etc.).

      And no, we cannot easily substitute energy and electricity, go ask your local construction company how they’re in a transition for their heavy machines from diesel to electric.
