How much of a bad idea is that? Food kind of cost so much and I know fasting once in a while is a thing people do regularly
Is it even a good idea to do it as long as you can?
Just went through the week either in a haze/depressed/fixation and realized I did not eat the whole weekend except for one meal on the Sunday.
The biggest cheat is that you after a few meals skipped, you stop being hungry. Do it enough, you won’t feel the hunger pains as much
Just thought how doable doing this is but I don’t want to risk anything if it’s gonna hurt me in the long term
I do want to be healthy as much as possible but it’s kind of hard to do when money is involved
If this is bad, please give me the science on why. It’s been a while since I’ve had a refresher on food and body relationships
Skipping weekend meals as much as possible?

The intermittent fasting reddit is the one to follow for this – but we’d be happy if you let us know how it turns out
I eat omad (one meal a day) at least 6 days a week, sometimes all 7.
It is for health reasons, but it definitely saves money.
