If US Israel backs off then the security guarantee is self provided – if they come back the same thing will happen or worse. Just like North Korea doesn’t seek a peace treaty because they already have deterrent.

the same thing happened when he said iran wouldnt attack neighbouring friendly countries (by which he meant turkey and azerbaijan who hadnt allowed their territory to be used to attack iran) and this was positioned as him saying they wouldnt attack the GCC and him being “discredited” by the IRGC hours later and this being evidence of a fracture and IRGC hardliners seizing control etc when the truth is the iranian mosaic defense follows a set script that is probably 100-150 days long independent of any other actions that happen, rendering psyops inert and pitiful.
