      • Apple Card $6,000 limit, January 2025
    • FICO Score: e.g. ~750
    • Oldest account age: ~3 years
    • Chase 5/24 status: 1 card in 24 months
    • Income: e.g. $120,000
    • Average monthly spend and categories:
      • dining $500
      • groceries: $500
      • gas: $200
      • travel: $100
      • other: $30
    • Open to Business Cards: No
    • What's the purpose of your next card? Building Credit mainly, but I do travel for work and I would like to feel bougie…
    • Do you have any cards you've been looking at? Chase Sapphire Reserve/Prefered, Amex Gold/Platinum
    • Are you OK with category spending or do you want a general spending card? I don't care.

      C*hase Sapphire Reserve, good benefits for travel & better earnings than the Amex Platinum,*

      If you’re paying for the travel yourself then getting reimbursed, I’d go with Capital One Venture (best overall/most flexible) or a card tied to the airline/hotel you always use.

      It would be immensely helpful knowing the following:
      * Home airport
      * Destinations
      * Airline preference
      * Hotel preference
