What crypto infrastructure actually shipped something this year?

Every project has roadmaps and promises but i'm trying to figure out which ones actually delivered working stuff in 2026 so far.

I'm not talking about price action or new tokens, but actual infrastructure you can point to and say "this works now when it didn't 3 months ago".

It feels like most stuff is still in testnet hell or "coming soon", but maybe i'm missing something. what have you seen that's actually live? Can anyone provide me some links to projects that are actually actively developing?
