None of my apps are showing my birthday freebie rewards

None of these accounts (apps) are showing my birthday for free rewards items. I’m signed in and I can see my information. Did stuff change recently and they are no longer doing these rewards? Chik fila,,Crumble ,Panera ,Krispy Kreme. Nothing. This never happened before so I’m guessing terms changed? I’m going to email them

But it’s time consuming. I’m also going to show up to each store and see if they’ll do it with my drivers license as proof.
