Another thought experiment:
What do you think would be the retention benefit to Amazon, out any large company. If they instituted a weekly $1mil lottery, where every employee was entered weekly solely based off of completed time card/ no missed hours.
It would cost the company $52mil a year, but what do you think the ROI on that would be in terms of people making every shift and not quitting/decreased turn over?
What would the personnel cost benefit for Amazon to institute a worker lottery?
