I’m currently having a really frustrating issue with my Gemini wallet and could use some advice. I haven’t logged in for quite a while, so I had to go through the re-verification process. I’ve already submitted all the required documents, but despite having an open support ticket, I haven’t received any responses or updates from their team.
The worrying part is that while I can still log in and even withdraw fiat, I’m completely unable to send my BTC to another wallet address. That’s obviously a big concern, especially given that I have a decent amount of crypto sitting in the account.
To make matters worse, I’ve just learned that Gemini is set to cease trading operations in the UK next Monday. With time running out and no support responses, I’m starting to get seriously concerned about whether I’ll be able to move my funds in time.
Has anyone else experienced something similar or found a way to resolve it? Any help or guidance would be massively appreciated.

How long have you been waiting for a response from support?
On some of these exchanges, I would imagine it can take like 2-3 days for the support to respond and when it comes to money, people start panicking if they haven’t received a response in like 10 hours.
I would assume if they ceased trading operations in the UK, you would still have the option to send crypto off the exchange, they just legally aren’t allowed to let you buy and sell it.
