    1. As an American I say this, they should honestly cut a deal with Iran, and start buying imports in Yuan. America screwed them over and is unreliable.

      What is the point of no major player, the U.S. and Israel, being involved? They include the UK, [France](https://www.theguardian.com/world/france), Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, as well as Australia, Japan, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates and Nigeria.

      Absolutely not going to happen. The strait is the only leverage Iran has against the USA, if they let everyone pass but then the price of oil and other supplies will crash back to normal and Iran loses its leverage against the USA.

      But as usual most people are unable to think hence they believe this might happen.
