On forced forbearance and confused about when payments will start again

I'm on the SAVE plan and got the email last night that I will need to choose a new plan at some point once my loan servicer contacts me. I have been on forced forbearance this whole time. Whenever I went to Mohela's website, there would usually be a banner telling me "payments will restart in xxx month." But now there is no such banner. Am I to assume that my payments would restart whenever I switch to a different plan, and not before then? Sorry if this is a dumb question! Thank you.
