Hey everyone! I was on the PAYE plan. I got the notification that I needed to recertify or whatever the exact word was. I did and then was denied, but it said I could reapply fully and I may get approved that way. I went ahead and did that and once again was denied.
Does this have anything to do with what’s going on with student loans right now? I honestly don’t know. My payment doubled at this point now that I have to pay in full so I’m just kind of curious on what other peoples takes are to this situation.

Same as you. On PAYE for years finally needed to recertify denied immediately both times for two different reasons. Neither made sense. Recertified a third time and now my loans are in administrative forbearance so I called and MOHELA rep told me today they received my recert documentation and are reviewing it. Idk what’s going on exactly but it’s a mess.
