Mesa credit card not updating credit bureaus?

Back when the Mesa card was active, I had a few large purchases before the card shut down and paid it off afterwards.

Looking at my credit score (Vantage?) on the Chase app today. There is a feature where they give you a plan to increase your score and the #1 tip was to pay off the large balance on the Mesa card.

I can still get into the Mesa app and see the $0 balance.

Anyone else having this issue?

what are my options? File disputes with the credit bureaus?
