Absolute cheapest casual leather shoes?

I need casual leather shoes for a few meetings, I seriously don't need them to last at all.

Doesn't even have to be leather, just not sneakers. Work-ish is ok (but not construction).

I'm talking $30 and under, and significantly lower than that would be preferable.

Looked at Amazon, looks like $40 is what they're at.

Any other places I should be looking at?

Help would be super appreciated.
