Okx completed withdrawal process but funds have not arrived at my receiving app

Hi guys,

need help here pls. so basically withdrew around 2k usd from okx back to my bank receiving app. The process is supposed to be instantaneous via fast transfer, but the funds is not deposited into my receiving app, and i getting anxious by passing mins.

Any chance of recovering the 2k usd? i have checked with the bank side, so far they have not seen this 2k usd anywhere be it in pending/processing/completed. it not in there…

tested with about 100 usd and it goes smoothly into my bank receiving app with no problems.

I not sure if okx will pull the usual response, please check with your bank again. But again, i have checked with the bank, and the only way to resolve this is via okx.
