Question About Mohela and Ashford Discharge

I was wondering if anyone knows when a Mohela account will go to a zero balance after Ashford University loans were discharged? Because the whole 20,000 is removed from financial aid but it's still showing principle percentages I believe which are around 2000. When m8ght those go away or will I more than likely need to talk to someone there? Thank you for any and all help.
