This might sound like a really silly question, but how do you “glow up” on a budget or when you don’t have much money? Any tips or advice?
I see so many content creators constantly buying new products, and it honestly feels overwhelming. I don’t have the money to keep up with that, and I don’t even like how much overconsumption is pushed. I hate it.
Lately it’s been making me feel kind of down, like I need all these specific things just to look or feel better. 🙁
How do you work on yourself and feel confident without spending a ton?
Glow up advice for people who can’t afford a lot?

Honestly the best advice here is to stop watching them, because this isn’t a necessity to do at all and is likely mainly a projection by following these kinda people
Walk away from all the influencer BS. Makes for a better life.
Loads of exercise, water, and sleep.
Work on your posture. It can make you a whole new human for free.
Agree with those saying, don’t watch those people!
Something nice but affordable: moisturize with CeraVe every night. Feels nice and is good for your skin. Doesn’t break the bank. Just sunscreen and an inexpensive moisturizer is better skincare than most people do.
And that is how they want you to feel because they is how THEY make money. WTF is “glow up” anyway? Eat as healthy as you can. Drink enough water, including tea. Prioritize sleep. Wash your face with a gentle cleaner and buy an inexpensive oil-free moisturizer. Be outside in nature as you can. And stop paying attention to influencers. You will be GLOWING in no time.
