Been grinding towards FI for about 3 years now and man the airline industry really makes budgeting weird 😅 Some months I’m pulling overtime like crazy with all the delays and staffing issues, other months it’s dead quiet. Finally got my emergency fund to 8 months expenses though which feels pretty solid considering how unpredictable this job can be. Anyone else in transportation dealing with similar income volatility? I’ve been thinking about picking up some side gig but honestly between work and my Monopoly GO addiction I barely have time to breathe 💀
