pretty much the title. ex-landlord and I are in talks via our lawyers regarding my sec deposit after a fire that forced me to evacuate my apartment immediately.

I found out that Lemonade sent them detailed personal information on my renter's insurance claim and that someone there may be in the process of putting together more info to send to them.

I want to be clear, I did not authorize this and ex-landlord has not presented any legal anything to mandate this information being shared.

I've already talked to my insurance adjuster who was no help. All he could say is he wasn't the leaker and that he would put notes on my file not to share info, but that he has no idea who the leaker could be or how to stop them from sharing further info that my ex-LL seems to be waiting on. He suggested I call the customer service 1800 number.

This is a serious issue – anyone know who I can speak to to make sure my concern is taken seriously and that the leak is stopped ?

Lemonade Insurance shared personal info on my claim with ex-landlord – who to contact?
