Recommendation for pot for making weekly chicken broth/stock? Is IKEA pots ok?

Trying to get extra healthy this year including hydration for my very pregnant wife. I have a tiny pot right now which I use to make a small batch of chicken broth/stock out of bones from the whole chicken I roast every Monday. Does anyone have a stock pot they’d recommend that is affordable? Is IKEA pots good or no?

I’m based in the US in NYC if that is a factor. Thank you!
