Yep. Tried it in the App for the Wells Fargo Autograph and it is a hard pull. Had my credit frozen when I requested a CLI and received a letter a few days later asking me to unfreeze my credit.

I did a CLI online on my Wells Fargo Active Cash card about 1.5 years ago. Hard pull. Confirmed on credit reports. Was approved and increased by $5k.
