Ceasefire. 3 point which are extremely unacceptable to US.

    1. Reparations for damage done. Approximate estimate of 1 Trillion dollars in damages and Iran wants reparations for this from trump that will come out of tax payer money.

    2. Continuation of Uranium Enrichment. The current supreme leader has expressed his desire for nuclear armaments so they can justify defending themselves like North Korea does. No one attacks them because of said Nuclear Weaponry.

    – 🍊 initial reason for attacking Iran was solely because of stopping them from enriching more uranium and now it’s a part of the deal? Is he fucking retarded? I’m not buying this.

    1. Continuation of control over the strait. Iran will charge a toll, most likely in Yuan, this destabilizes the petrodollar. US does not tolerate that (example Maduro, Gaddafi, Saddam). 🍊 said “COMPLETE FREE PASSAGE” of the strait. Not a toll. This is already contradictory.

Personally as a ber that’s already been fucked raw, I don’t buy this ceasefire. It’s simply a 2 week break for both sides to restock on weapons and strategize for further escalation. Israel had agreed to the ceasefire many reports say but they are already bombing Lebanon again, which was part of the deal that Pakistan offered.

TLDR: Ceasefire is BS. 2 weeks won’t last. Spy back to 650 by Friday next week.

    1. Does’nt matter, we’re moving on to Cuba, Iran is over

      Fuck your puts up only

Iran agreed to ceasefire talks because Trump said he’d surrender. I think there’s a decent chance he’s serious about that. The price of continuing the conflict could be bigger than the price of surrender.

We definitely read different terms. The one I read was to recoup reconstruction costs through strait toll fees.

That’s right ladies and gentlemen. We the tax payers just added 1 Trillion dollars to the national debt in the last 12 hours.

    5. I think Pakistan told each side that the other accepted their terms and that’s why there is so much confusion. There is no way Trump agreed to this.

Market is not ready to sell off, the price action despite all the risks is clear. Unwind short and wait for another day. This only a ceasefire and we are potentially a long way from true peace, especially considering all gcc states now realize overnight they got fked over by trump big time.

    7. All that matters is:

      1. Is the Strait open to the U.S.

      2 we stop bombing Iran

If both are true, we’re big green. Market is itching for big positive news.

ngl i’ve been watching this situation pretty closely and i’m with you – something doesn’t add up here. like, the whole uranium enrichment thing especially has me scratching my head. i remember when that was literally the main talking point for why we were even considering action in the first place. now it’s just… cool, they keep doing it? that’s wild to me.

    9. you are too focused on the details man.

It doesn’t matter what the exact points are, 🍊 wants to call quits without appearing like a buffoon.
In 2 weeks time he is going to move on to something else, and his joke of an ultimatum will be forgotten.

Iran is going to keep charging for passage, and might exchange missiles with Israel still, but🍊is going to pretend like he doesn’t see any of it. And that he saved the middle east.

    10. There’s no ceasefire. One of the US ships caught fire and a seaman yelled “CEASE FIRE”. all sides still sending missiles.

    11. No one attacks North Korea because there’s nothing in NK worth fighting for. Iran has that liquid gold

    12. JFC I’m glad I’m not trying to trade this fuckin’ mess. Trump says he got it on the down low that Iran would open the strait – but not from them, rather a couple Pakis. Did they overhear the supreme leader talking or are they just guessing? Meanwhile somebody in Iran says they will reopen the strait but ships need to “coordinate” with their military. Meaning what? Only 20 a day? For every two Iranian ships, one from other nations can pass? Pay us 20 million toll? Besides that, WTF wants to be the first one to risk their tanker? This is the most random war I’ve ever heard of.

    13. The thing is, you have to put hard deadlines in so the taco is effective, the actual cease fire is relevant, the news of a ceasefire is where it’s at!

    14. Should have included Iranian civilian internet access. They are all talking points for negotiation.

    15. Kakariko_crackhouse on

It’s not gonna last long enough to matter. Israel already said they will not respect the condition of not attacking Lebanon

    16. Saltlife_Junkie on

Couldn’t agree with OP anymore! Puts in the morning. This shit is ridiculous. Wait till CPI Friday!!!

    17. So far, nothing has stopped, both sides are still attacking. There was I guess no official start point of the ceasefire, but it was implied to be immediate.
