POTUS says they're clearing the mines in the Strait of Hormuz (SoH) while oil tankers from other nations are headed to the US to load up. Earlier, the US reported that Iran couldn't find the mines it planted in the SoH.
Looking at marine traffic shows that traffic in SoH is still halted/limited.
