for me it was paper towels. I used to go through like a roll a week no joke. spilled something? paper towel. wipping the counter? paper towel. cleaning the bathroom? paper towel. it was just a habit at that point
then a few months ago I saw someone in here mention using old t shirt as rags and I figured why not try it, it can't hurt right? I cut up some old shirt that had holes, threw them in a bucket under the sink. and oh god i don't miss paper towels at all now. the rags work WAYY better for most things anyway, especially scrubbing. and when they get gross I just wash them with my towels
saved me probably $15-20 a month which isn't life changing but it adds up with time. What's something hou stopped buying thinking you gonna miss it bus you actually don't?

Full on make up. Just using the lipproduct is classier.
Alchool! It’s only been 4 months, but I don’t miss it at all. When I crave a beer, i buy generic brand 0% alcool lager and it does the job
> when they get gross I just wash them with my towels
I wouldn’t recommend washing your cleaning towels and body towels together
> especially scrubbing
This kind of implies all sorts of cleaning, and while the risk overall might be low, it is incredibly hard to treat some fungal infections once they get hold in the skin – and these bacteria are common on dirty surfaces you might scrub
For me it was limiting the # of things I subscribe to at any given time
~2 concurrent is working well for me. For exampel: Streaming service + music service? That should be plenty of entertainment for me if I want to actually use them. I find I enjoy what I buy a lot more when I’m not hopping around.
Orange juice lol. I was a daily drinker until the prices got jacked up. Haven’t looked back
Yeah, I stopped drinking about 3 years ago. I was only ever a glass if wine with dinner person, but I noticed my sleep quality wasn’t great and so I dropped it altogether. Not saying I’ll never have another drink – I’ll toast and sip for celebrations, but it’s not part of my daily life or budget. I never miss it enough to buy it. Most months it never even crosses my mind.
Fast food. I just cook at home or do a copy cat recipe of what I want. Granted I can’t make everything I want (ie ribs etc) but still don’t miss any of it and I’m loving the money I’m saving.
I just use tiny microfibre cloths and wash them with tea towels. But I have to change the cloths everyday, I can’t let them rot in my sink.
