Bitcoin private transactions?

Hi, is there a way to conduct private bitcoin transactions from KYC wallets?

Example: I bought BTC from a KYC exchange and I want to purchase something with my BTC without anyone knowing where the funds are going and neither the merchant should be able to see where are the funds coming from.

Any ideas?
