Need some advice on outbound, since right now we’re doing a bit of a reset on our outbound stack after Q1. Frustratingly realised we’ve ended up with too many tools doing similar things and I am not not sure what's driving the results most worth keeping.
What we’ve got rn is a mix of Apollo for data and sequencing, Clay for enrichment and workflows, and then Outreach or Salesloft depending on the team. We also tested Regie for copy support. Something we hadn’t considered before but keep seeing come up is Artisan, especially with the Ava 2.0 updates. I'm seeing some mentions of people testing or using it, but not sure if this is just marketing bots or real people talking. If you’re in outbound, have you used it, would you recommend I add it to the stack? If you’ve run it properly, how does it compare in practice to a more traditional stack like Apollo plus Clay plus sequencing? ROI? Savings on time and money? I’m not as much looking for a best tool answer but a good combo of things that hold up your business and simplify things day to day. Tx.
What’s everyone using for outbound right now?
