Has anyone had any luck getting credit one to do a product change? Fell for their marketing and got their platinum card, was hoping to change it to something that’s at least useful.

Good luck with that one – Credit One isn’t exactly known for being helpful with product changes, most people just end up closing and applying elsewhere.
