Anyone able to get their new US Bank business CC expedited?

I was just approved for a couple US Bank business CC cards this past Wednesday, and according to the tracker, the cards were ordered last Friday and have not yet shipped. I have some large purchases this week that I'd ideally like to put on the card but idk when they'll get here.

When I called to inquire about the cards last week, they told me they can't expedite new cards, and only replacement cards. Anyone else been told this? I don't understand the logic behidn this..
