Reimbursement of overpayment

My loans were officially discharged December 30, 2025. At that point, I made 301 payments so I had a balance owed to me. I still haven’t received that check. How long does it typically take to receive the overpayment refund and does it come from the loan servicer, in my case, Nelnet, or another entity? Thank you.
