Mid deployment I opened a Star Card because they offered a laptop discount on sign up, proceeded to pay the amount in full from my debit card. Fast forward a few months and my credit has taken a huge hit after they charged the cost to the star card as well as my debit. Contacted the fraud department and provided my bank statement showing the exact amount on the exact date that matches the charge to my credit, to say they’ve been dragging their feet getting back to me is an understatement. How do I proceed??
