At-fault driver wants to pay out of pocket

I was waiting at a light and he backed into the side of my car from angled parking. I have his number, photo of his license, insurance, and both cars plus his plate. This is my first accident I’m involved in and don’t what’s the best solution. Damage on my car seems to be minimal scratches. I’m leasing the car if it matters
