I live in MA. I currently am trying to cancel my auto insurance with an agent with MAPFRE. I called and they asked for a 2a form from Geico. They told me Geico has to fill it out and email or fax to them. I’m trying to do research about this and some websites say I have to fill it out myself. When I had initially called geico they said all I had to do was tell Mapfre i’m cancelling and that’s it. I’m confused

Mapfre can’t cancel without a 2A. It is not able to be filled out by you. Geico is a pita with stuff like this.
