Median home value is up 0.4% in the last year, homes typically go under contract in 31 days. So the market value of homes isn’t keeping up with inflation but it’s not crashing either. We’re not in the “offer 10% over cash on listing day or don’t bother” madness we were in before. Many would say that’s a good thing.
