Thinking about Amex platinum (flights), Amex gold (restaurants/ groceries), Amex blue cash everyday (everything else). Amazon prime card (prime and Whole Foods).

Probably spend $100k a year or so on a mix of travel, food, online shopping, etc. Then mortgage is $4500/month.

I have Amex platinum, Chase sapphire reserve (will cancel), prime card, Marriott Chase (will cancel).

I got the prime card a few months ago and told myself I’d get rid of all my fee cards so I can stop thinking about using all the perks. Then I went to use years worth of points and was blown away but how many free flights I got. I also think I fairly easily would use enough perks for platinum and gold fees. I kinda wish everything would just be Amex points but seems like the everyday cards are cash instead of points.

Oh and I love delta so if there was a status card I’d consider it.

    Thoughts?

Bilt palladium and product change to Ritz Carlton would be a great one two punch for you.

    2. Are you opposed to applying for a business card? The Blue Business Plus earns 2x MR on all purchases up to $50k per year, then 1x after that. That would solve your desire to earn primarily AMEX MR points.
