I don't abuse this. Like, I don't shop with the mindset of trying things willy nilly just because I could return them.
But when I happen to try something new and find it's not to my taste, I'll put in for a return and don't typically have to take the item back. It's pretty nice.
I think I physically took a couple things back to a Food Lion before I used delivery because I learned they give you double your money back if it's a store brand, but otherwise it never would have occurred to me to try to return groceries like that.
I use Walmart grocery delivery. It has opened the door, for me, to returning food items I just don't like.
