    Quick question for those handling inquiries or client conversations regularly —

    How do you keep track of everything without it becoming disorganized over time?

    I’ve tried a few approaches like spreadsheets and notes, and they work at the start, but once the number of conversations increases, it gets harder to stay consistent with follow-ups.

    At the same time, some tools feel a bit too heavy for day-to-day use.

    Curious to know what’s actually working for you all in the long run.
