It’s of course up to you. What do you believe, long-term, in your time horizon, will happen? Will Bitcoin outperform?
When bitcoin was at $20k I feared it was going to zero. That is no longer my fear, at all. I think it’ll putter along for the rest of 2026, maybe 2027, and hockey stick there. I do not believe it’ll be $10M a coin in 5 years or anything crazy. But I do believe, conservatively, that it will be $1M a coin in 12 years from now (most people think higher than that, but I’m more of a conservative approach).
If you do sell, maybe sure you don’t have to pay taxes, that’s another consideration.

ETF all the way, maybe even MSTR for a more leveraged buy. Buying the actual BTC is just asking for the possibility of getting your coin hacked/stolen, you forgetting your keys, or you get scammed out of them.

    3. Read up on Mythos + Project Glassing and the threat it poses to digital security. It probably isn’t enough to warrant avoiding BTC entirely, but it is worth making such a purchase eyes -wide – open.
