Hi there,
I had raised a dispute with Aqua credit card a while back, and they emailed me stating that my dispute has been closed due to the merchant’s response/evidence outweighs.
What happened was: I was simply sold counterfeit goods, and I reported that to my bank, and initiated a chargeback, merchant then generates a fake invoice, a FULL ON FAKE, and claimed I had bought real gold abroad which is false despite me purchasing luxury goods which turns out to be fake!! I have a third-party report confirming this, and police report.
However, Aqua then closed my dispute, and reversed all charges, including refunds without asking me for more information, or raising it to second stage of the chargeback scheme. This is unfair, I don’t know what to do, I still have the chance to raise this as a Section 75 claim with them.
Any guidance on this would be appreciated.

definitely go with section 75 claim since you have police report and third-party authentication – that’s much stronger protection than chargeback anyway
