ALERT: BOA is changing it's DEPOSIT AGREEMENTS to include ARBITRAION and, potentially, ELIMINATE virtually all access to the courts personally or through a class action suit. Unless you keep reading what looks like pages of typical "boiler plate" paragraphs, you will NOT SEE that you can OPT OUT WITHOUT PENALTY. This is unusual because we have become used to "take it or leave it." I strongly urge BOA customers to read and understand this option; you MUST respond or it will automatically go into effect.

Will customers allow Bank of America to deny access to courts?

Practically, are there any banks out there that *don’t* have arbitration clauses in their consumer agreements?

Clauses are clauses and it‘ll be the court that decides whether it‘ll hear a case or not. Don‘t believe everything you read.
