Golden email timing and last payments

How soon after your 300 payment are you getting your emails and also notice to your servicer? I technically should have been done last year and have an ombudsman open, but it’s not being addressed so I am just going to pay the last 3 payments. My payments are high due to IDR recertification and having a higher income now, so not looking to give them $1000 more months than I have to.
