Anyone else having this problem?
I'm trying to transfer Thank You points to iPrefer before the devaluation tomorrow. I've been trying since 7:30pm Pacific time, but the site is "undergoing maintenance" per customer service.
They said to try again tomorrow, but the rate will be worse. Supervisor can't do anything because of "system maintenance" and the Thank You Rewards department is closed until Monday.
Citi system down, can't transfer TY points to iPrefer before devaluation!

Apparently the Citibank system goes down for maintenance for 6-8 hours every Saturday/Sunday?
Live and learn!! Don’t wait until the last ~~minute~~ 5 hours!
Call them Monday to get the credit. You might have to ask a supervisor for help.
In the same boat, waited last minute. I screenshotted the maintenance note and call with Citi CS. Maybe they can do something. I was on the fence, I don’t like speculate transfer without being sure. Hopefully they make an extension this is BS…
