Help

I don’t know if this is the correct place for me to ask but I wanted other peoples opinions before I call customer support.

I’m 22 years old and my car is under my mom’s insurance until I get my license. To put it vaguely, my mom has some issues and had just started one of her episodes right after we renewed my car insurance under her for one month. I was hoping to get my license this week and get my own insurance (I am going through State Farm because I cannot afford progressive right now.) She told me that if I cancel my car under her insurance that I would get a refund for the remaining days of the month.

I do not have my car at the moment, I live with my boyfriend and was going to bring it here after I get my license & stuff. Now that she is in her episode I am unable to use my car and would like to get the refund now rather than later. I am unable to contact her and was wondering if customer support would be able to help me with this.
