I realize this is a cross post but let me get this straight. You are 27 and in the military and have a $1 million portfolio? I guess my question would be how did you build that wealth? Seems like you’ve either spent 5 years on an officer salary. Maybe 10 on an enlisted salary? Even with a good market, it sounds a little unrealistic that a military person has saved the equivalent to $100,000 a year over the first 10 years of their career.
