I’m looking for input from people who recently left USAA insurance. I’ve used them to bundle home/car/life/personal for over 30 years but I’m no longer confident in the company. Where did you go, how did you decide, and anything you wish you would have considered making the switch?

We just took for granted that usaa was always competitive in price. Then 15 years ago, when we were buying a home, our real estate agent suggested shop around because the rate seemed high to him. We ended up at state farm for 10 years and for the past 5 we’ve been with pemco.
